Pre-launch checklist

Work through this in order. Don't publish until every item is checked.

Content

• [ ] All placeholder copy replaced — hero headline, subheadline, feature descriptions, and section intros
• [ ] All placeholder images replaced with real product screenshots or brand imagery
• [ ] All placeholder testimonials replaced with real customer quotes (name, role, company)
• [ ] All stat counters updated with real, defensible metrics
• [ ] Integration logos updated to show your actual integrations
• [ ] Product name updated in Variables
• [ ] Company email updated in Variables and Site Settings → Forms
• [ ] Social links updated (or hidden if not used)
• [ ] Pricing tiers updated with real plan names, prices, and inclusions
• [ ] FAQ answers reviewed and updated to reflect your actual policies
• [ ] Blog CMS populated with at least 1 published article
• [ ] Newsletter form connected to your email platform
• [ ] Contact/demo form email confirmed in Site Settings → Forms
• [ ] Privacy policy placeholders filled in (company name, jurisdiction)
• [ ] Privacy policy "Last updated" date set to today
