Bloom is built to work out of the box. These customizations go beyond the defaults for agencies with specific needs.

Adding a new service

If you offer a service not covered by Bloom's four defaults (short-form video, UGC, social management, paid media):

1. Duplicate one of the existing service sections on the Services page
2. Update the heading, label, description, sub-points, and related case study link
3. Add a new entry to the services overview tabs at the top of the Services page
4. Add the new service to the homepage services section
5. Update the nav anchor link if you've added a new section anchor

Booking integrations

To embed a booking tool (Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal) on the Contact page:

1. Get your booking widget embed code from your chosen platform
2. In Framer, add an Embed component to the Contact page
3. Paste the embed code
4. Adjust height as needed — most booking widgets need 600–700px minimum height

Alternatively, link your CTA buttons directly to your booking URL (https://calendly.com/youragency) rather than embedding.
